Okay, here’s a peek into #reallife—I hardly ever wear pants. Seriously, one of the reasons I started my own business was so that I could “go to work” without ever having to get dressed.
One of the silver linings of COVID is that now everyone seems to be on the same page as me. At this point, who isn’t wearing leggings everyday, am I right? If I had to pick one brand to wear every single day for the rest of my life, it would be Lululemon. No other workout clothes even come close in terms of comfort, functionality, or — if we’re being real real — how good they make my butt look. One of the reasons I love Lululemon is because they satisfy both form and function.
At the heart of every company is their beliefs (especially the companies and brands we like to partner with) — and Lululemon’s stand strong. They stand for community, human connection, becoming better versions of ourselves, and they encourage giant visions and intentional goal-setting. All things I believe in as well. One of my teachers who most shaped my path, Susanne Conrad (founder of Lightyear Leadership), is largely responsible for the Lululemon culture as we know it. She taught me what leadership really looks like, and I see this embodied every time I pop into a Lululemon store or lead/attend a community event with them.
