At Curate Well Co., we understand every single client and community member brings a unique and diverse perspective and life experience to the table. We believe that each individual’s unique background and abilities are vital to our community. We work to attract, develop, engage, advance and retain ambitious individuals, while fostering an open, inclusive culture where everyone can thrive and each person contributes to the workability of the relationship.
With the inclusion of all these diverse experiences and ideas we are able to embrace all backgrounds and people as we challenge what’s possible, lead through innovation, and we empower each individual to lean into what they’re excellent at.
At Curate Well Co., one of our core values is belonging. Which means that no matter your gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age or disability—you belong here.
UPCOMING COMMITMENTS TO OUR CULTURE OF BELONGING, INCLUSION, AND DIVERSITY:
We are taking action on to align with our support of #BLM, make inclusion a foundation of our entire business, and integrate our core company values.
Scholarship program:
In the interest of making inclusion a priority in our business in all ways, we’ve created a scholarship program that is open to everyone and allows those who apply and are accepted to be granted CWco programs that they would not otherwise be able to participate in. It launches on 7/6/2020, one month before the next enrollment for our online program.
Expert insight:
We’ve hired a consultant to guide our team on creating an inclusive community, better live into and execute on our core value of belonging, and work with more POC experts, clients and community members.
Brand and marketing materials:
We have implemented changes in our brand and marketing materials that accurately reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion. While this is the tip of the iceberg on a systemic problem that warrants sustainable change far more significant and meaningful than the images we share, we feel it’s important that the first impression we make is one of not only inclusion, but radical empowerment of all people.
Our platform:
We’ve outlined an initiative to highlight POC co-experts on our platform via Instagram story takeovers, joint Instagram lives, guest blog posts/features. Our first took place on 6/25/2020.
Our participation:
We are committed to speaking on panels, participating in summits, collaborating in bundles, and being in community only where there is a diverse representation of entrepreneurs and leaders. This is one of the criteria we now use to vet/accept/decline invitations starting with our most recent invite for 7/19/2020.
